The pictures on the new IBS printers web site does not show the 2 ten rings on the sighter of the score target. Is this a change from the past printer or an oversight

Howdy Bill, We really miss shooting with you, got a match at KC's tommorrow. The only change on the new targets is the paper, much better.I hope everything is going good for you down in Texas. Steve

What Printers website ?
If you are referring to the graphics on the IBS webpage they are older than the rule change.
