The List of IBS Precision Rifleman points has just been updated, for the first time in my memory it is completely current. Details can be found on the IBS webpage.

Paul Ryan did a fine job of posting these points for many years, but since Herb Llewellyn took over the task a couple of years back he has really posted updates much more quickly. Herb is utilizing newer software, and e-mail a lot more to keep on top of the task. So to the best of my memory this is the first time an annual update is posted before the end of a current year.
Congratulations to all the points winners and thanks to Herb for hours of dull data entry put into this list.
