What are the current requirements for shooting in registered matches for these clubs?
I guess what I'm asking is, do either of these clubs honor each others memberships as far as match shooting requirements?
Thanks

You can shoot in an IBS event with a NBRSA membership but NBRSA will not reciprocate to IBS members.....
....however, they should!!

Jerry,
Wilbur has submitted that as an agenda item for the 2008 NBRSA board of directors meeting so if you are a NBRSA member let your regional director know your feelings.

Wilbur and I done ready discussed this subject 2-3 weeks ago!!

Reading a early 1980's PS magazine, reciprocity and the redundant Sporter Class were NBRSA agenda items back them. Does this say, ain't going to change.

Windmills is a lifelong process. Not one in which you take a few shots and give up. And "ain't going to change...." kind of sounds fatalistic to me. Ghandi did not free India overnight.

And if you feel like Mahatma Gandhi, have at it.

I'm not trying to be fatalistic , try the word factual.

This forum is a great benefit to the sport but probably less than 40% of either membership even monitor this forum.

Then there is reality .I feel that the reality is that if 60%-70% of the active membership wanted reciprocity then we would have reciprocity.

Wasn't Ghandi shot for causing all that trouble? ;) ;)

Go to the Home Page and down load the NBRSA minutes as far back as they go. Read them. Changes come verrrrry slowly.

I'd rather spend my time shooting. A 4 and 1 is a lot less frustrating than trying to change the two organizations, again.
