got a short 700 that i want to convert in a hunter benchrest rifle

where do i get a good stock ?
my bolt need to be replaced so what way to go ?
extractor ?
30 dg bolt face ?

Neither, the easiest to deal with is the 30x47L
Which is a 30x47 based on the new 6.5x47 Lapua brass rather than any of the older 30x47 variants which used things like 300 Savage as basic brass.
