HR45 Firearms Registration Bill

Sorry to bring this up but, I just received a call from a friend saying that HR45is alive and well and flying in under the radar. On the NRA home page I cant find any info to confirm this. Does anyone have any new news to confirm or deny this?

I thought this had died in committee.
