Here is another Junior story that will make us all take notice.

My 15 Year Old Daughter tonight shot the following unbelievable score on RBA targets.

248, 250, 247, TOTAL: 745 :D

That's fantastic shooting in any ones language.

Her proud Dad thought he was doing ok with 3 x 247's....

Doesn't that feel great?! My daughter shot with us for a couple of years, and was fully capable of beating anyone who shot here. She even beat me at a State Championship when she was 10:eek:

I hope you can keep your daughter interested in shooting. Mine's got too many other things to do and "retired" at the age of 11. Still got her Suhl, just in case she changes her mind.

Yes i know what you are saying, my son also retired at the age of 12 after he shot a 248

My daughters name is Simone.

I can also relate to how you feel. My son Daniel shot with me for a number of years and was a very good BR shooter. He won quite a few events when he was really into it. Now he's in College and has other things on his mind. I still have his guns and equipment for when he decides to jump back in.

My daughter has been beating me at every shooting sport for 25 years! It doesn't matter to her how she places as long as she beats me. Enjoy it while you can.
At a indoor benchrest shoot I shot a 250 18X (25 yards) I asked how she did, She said she dropped 2. I was all smiles thinking I beat her! Looked at her target 250 23X oh well maybe next time.

I have a 2700 alu for position shooting - great rifle - very accurate!

I also have the alum 2700 Bench Rest Model, can not fault it :)

The standard universal wooden stock version my daughter shoots, is my favoutire gun though because it shoots most ammo accurately.

It consistently shoots 247 or above on RBA targets.

Yes Peter,

A bit dissapointing not to have my daughter there shooting with me, would have been a highlight. For her, this year school (Year 10) is more important & it saves, me about $10,000-00. We will all have to strive to shoot to the standards Simmy has set last night. I am confident at least our A Team will give it a good SHOT :D

Simone has set herself a target to for this Saturdays Sydney RBA Titles to take back the World Junior Highest Target Score that she lost last year, if the wind is kind she may just do it :cool:
