How to contact Wilbur

I have been tr!ying to register in the classified section in order to place an ad. It will not allow me to use my e-mail address for some reason. I tried to send Wilbur an e-mail message, but Google returns the message and can't deliver it. I tried to call Wilbur with no success. Help!

Open a new free email account somewhere and try registering that address. Yes I know you should not need to do that but unless Wilbur sees your message and finds time to reply your options are limited.
