I like a die that will size the shoulder/body area about .001-.0015 and the web area about .0005-.0006, both measured on the sized case after spring back. The thicker, harder brass near the base will spring back quite a bit more than up top. A die that is .003 smaller than the chamber produces very near these results and is IMHO a very good choice. When I use a resize reamer, I order it .003 smaller than the chamber finish reamer.
