Hollow Rests

Somewere, somehow, somebody showed a picture of a hollow rest. I plan on making one for this year and need some ideas. I am going to make it based on the Hayes rest, but could use some ideas.

No I wanted something that can be transported on a plane, filled with sand or lead shot on arrival. MTed and brought back. I have this idea but someone said that someone had the same thing. So that is what I am looking for. But I will go ahead with mine anyway. Was just looking for an idea.
