Come join us for an afternoon of shooting and talking about airguns. Bring what you have or I can set you up with equipment.
$5.00 for three world targets also you can shoot at the On-Target (Target 36) if you want to play with their 15 day free trial software.

Bench drawing and setup around 11:00 AM match starts at noon..

Range still does not have heat so dress in layers.

Paul,

IIIII'llll bebebebeee ththththeeeerrrre……….. Damn, what a time for them to be dallying around getting the heat back up and running. I know Saturday is supposed to be all of maybe 35° - outside, but after where we've been, and then having a night before of ±10°, and with all that cement ain't gonna do all that much to warm that place up. Makes Pinnacle look like a walk in the park. At least there we've got the option of firing up the wood stove - for whatever that's worth.

See you then,

Dave

Springers???

Gentlemen,

I've just stumbled across this forum and had a couple of questions regarding your shoots at Holbrook. Is membership required to participate or are these open to fee paying visitors just for the event?

I revived my interest in airguns just a few years ago and have been shooting in solitude ever since. My interest is more in spring piston guns than PCP's, my main platform being a modified 0.177" Diana 54, shooting over a bag. Whilst fully understanding the disadvantages a springer has when up against a high end PCP, it would be nice to be around some like minded souls occasionally.

Dave,

These shoots are open to anybody and everybody no matter the motive: whether its only to simply be around like-minded airguns, to pick the brains of some of the most airgun savvy people you'll ever have the pleasure to meet, or to go at things full-bore competitive, you'll be more than welcome so come on down.

David, I had two AZ mod Rapids that shot like . 1 1/2- 2 inch groups , then I bought a Walther LGR and a FWB 300 that shot 1/2 inch groups. The only trouble was taking off the gun from the rest to cock it. I was ok for the first target but by the third target I was bushed! You have 30 min for 25 scoring shots.
Do you have a scope or Iron sights? You can shoot any targets you have for free if you don't want to shoot World targets.
If you need directions to the club email me at

Hope to see you Sat anytime after 11:00
Park in the front lot and come inside the front door. The 25 yard range is having a new heater and ventilation system that has not come it yet. We will have two relays so you can sit by the wood stove between targets.

Thanks for the info guys... I won't be able to make this Saturday, the other half already had plans for me, I've already penciled in for the next shoot in March which should give me time to get a little practice in.
