The 2008 Hog Shoot is over. I want to thank all the shooters for their help and support and hope you all had a safe trip home. It was great to see many shooters that Pattie and I have not been able to be with this summer, thanks again.
The weather was hot and the shooting was great.

Kathy and I had a great time in WV this week. Thanks very much for your hospitality and for putting on a great match this weekend! It was good to see the VA/TN folks again, too. I wish we lived close enough to shoot with y'all more than once or twice a year!

Thanks to you and your whole crew, Cherie and I enjoyed the match. Food was was excellent all three days, great people, tough competition, quick and accurate scoring, all makes for a good combination. The Hog Shoot is one of the matches we look forward to every year.

We enjoyed the shoot. That was my first time to visit Leetown. Thank you and your crew for an enjoyable shoot. The scoring was great and the posting of results between matches was a big help. I think that was the most enjoyable match that I have ever been to. You know how to make shooters feel welcome
