The notification says that there were 20 of 21 posts displayed on that page. There wasn't a second page offered.

Maybe this explains it. A page list of postings accepts 25 (I recall) postings, then backs up with a second page. The snap I took suggested there was one more posting than was displayed, but there wasn't a second page & as there were seemingly only 21 postings, they should have displayed on 1 page.

Was it a database malfunction or what?

Here's the notation from a moment ago when 23 of 23 postings were displayed on the one page.
