Herb Llewellyn wins Day 1 of Pennsylvania State Championship

Congratulations to Herb Llewellyn who won the 100 in a cold, blowing, windy rain that completely confused me as well as his Wife Kim and a number of other shooters, in fact barely 50% of the VFS field stayed clean. Somehow Herb shot 250-23x followed closely by Dean Breeden with 22x and Brad Gollner with 21x. It was especially nice to see Brad back shooting after a serious shoulder operation that kept him down for 2 seasons.

The 6 Power classes were hot also With Dean Breeden winning Hunter with a 250-19x and David Apple turning in a very respectable 250-18x for the Varmint Hunter win.

Detailed results are posted on the IBS webpage.

Congrats to Herbie, Dean, Brad and Dave, Good shooting, it was nasty in Va, I had hoped it would be better there. I guess it wasn't.

Sounds like there was some real good shooting goin on. Congrats to all the winners.
