You have it all wrong; the problem is not in contacting Randy. The problem is getting off the phone afterward. It is best to have a notepad and a couple pens ready or a recorder. Randy can fill your head with more information than you can digest in a single sitting. Then again, you may have a better receptor than I do.

Your not kidding, I think the world of Randy, he is a great guy, but you can count on at least a 1 hour phone call.
