help with a Bill Myers rifle

Some years back, Bill Myers built a fine rifle for me using a Hall action, Benchmark barrel and one of his laminated stocks.

I want to put another barrel on the rifle (not a Benchmark), but am not sure which gunsmith to contact.

I live in western PA, and would appreciate any recommendations for a smith.

Jim Peightal for sure. He's just north of Indiana in Ernest. He rebarreled my 40X, pillar and glass bedded, trued action etc. for a super price. The rifle really shoots well.
