Help ti ID barrelI

I need help trying to ID a barrel I acquired. It's in the white, although magnetic it dosen't blue so it's probably some kind of magnetic stainless. It's bored and i threaded but not chambered and has a fitted thick Rem 700 type recoil lug. There's red paint on the muzzle face, and faintly electro marked near the muzzle 31301. Here's the specs:

All of my ss barrels are ferrous, in fact I've got three magnetic tuning devices mfgd for accuracy work.......for use on ss bbls

Most stainless steel grades are magnetic (17-4, 18-8, 416, 420, 440, etc) with the exception of the austenitic grades (304, 316, 319, etc) so a magnet is not a good test to determine stainless steels vs. non stainless.
