Help me identify an action

I have an action that I know nothing about. The only words I can read off of the action say, "FAB NAT D'ARMES de GUERRE." There are some other words below but the stock has it obscured and I have not had any time to remove the stock to see what it says. Any information, general or specific, would be appreciated.
