I was cleaning my gun today (like always) and took the scope caps off just to clean them. I noticed the screws on top of the knobs.... it got the best of me so I got my wrenches out and turned them.....then POP the freakin thing came flying off. I put it back on and tightened it downed and it bottomed out. Messed with it some more and got it to make the clicking sounds for up and down. WAS WONDERING HOW BAD DID I SCREW UP. Maybe I need to go ahead and send it to Gene so he can freeze it and I cant play with my knobs anymore ;) Let me know if I did anything wrong, thanks scott mims

That Torx screw at the top is for adjusting zero. For example: You have just sighted-in at 100 yards and you want to zero the turrent so that you have a reference point to go back to. Loosen the torx screw while holding the turrent tightly. Now you can push down on the turrent and set it to your zero. The turrent turns freely when you push down on it (no clicks). Release the turrent and hold it tight and tighten the torx screw. You should hear the clicks again. The torx screw should be tightened gently.

Leuppies are very delicate. Be super gentle with them.
