I have an AMP Annealer Mark 2 DB, 6mo old. I'm unable to manually store a code. I emailed AMP and they gave me a hyperlink to download an update. I downloaded for Windows 10 or greater. It asked me for a 25 digit code which I didn't have. Emailed AMP for the code. They said I downloaded the wrong one, the right one is underneath. (There are only two downloads). Made that download. All the while AMP is On, connected to my computer via USB cable that came with the unit.
Still unable to download update. Amp told me to email and post pictures of what I see Monday , it's there weekend. Seems to be no step by step procedure.
Has anyone successfully downloaded an update for their AMP? Can you explain to me how you did it? I'm pretty computer savvy but I'm stumped here.
