Has anyone seen Jeff Aberegg?

Last time I heard from Jeff he was at the Cactus and about to head East for the Shamrock. He hasn't reported in since and I am starting to worry. He's a fairly tall, rather handsome chap with a goofy hat and a can of Bud in his left hand. Occasionally he will be seen without the hat... the Bud's always there.

I'm starting to worry about Jeffy wandering around the country unsupervised. All sorts of unpleasant scenarios come to mind...

A. The Arizona authorities caught up to him...

B. The New Mexico authorities caught up to him...

C. Texas... ditto

D. Etc, etc... all the way to Georgia.

E. Mommy took his computer away from him...

F. Mommy took his cell phone away from him...

If anyone sees Jeff, tell him Dick and Glorya are concerned. Our BR season is about to start and he saved my life last year at a match when I was dying of thirst. Jeff is NEVER without a cold BUD!:D

He's

at his parents house in Pennsylvania. The following is from an e-mail he sent today.

"Dad said I can build a bench in the back yard for the
shooting range!! Heading to the lumber company today to put it in. Can't
wait to start shooting. Shot a chuck yesterday with dad's 17rf as it was
eating grass that the mini donkey eats!! What a life I live and I'm
not going to prison!! Long story here Shelley, don't buy game bird eats
from out of state!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Shamrock

I had the great pleasure of meeting Jeff at the Shamrock - so I know he made it that far. Heck, he was so pleasant (for a Yankee) that we would let him stay if he wanted.

Of course he may have gotten thirsty and walked down the hill and stopped by Brady's camper....you may never see him again.

I talked to him yesterday and yes he's in Pennsylvania. He wants to shoot at Harrison and then go to the Super Shoot.

Dick.............................................. ............

Are the flintstones back from Arizona?

Do you have plans to attend the Midland gun show? We have a Fullbore match that Saturday, firing starts aprox 9:00am. Range is around the block from the show. You could kill two birds with one stone:D

Thanks...

Now all I gotta do is get Mrs. Wright home from Arizona.

Al, is the match at the Midland Sportsmans' Club on Sturgeon Road? How long does it last?

Dick

Yes.........................................

Drive through the new gate, around the bend, past the 100,200 and 300 yard ranges to the 600 yard range. There will be a saw horse in the middle of the road with a sign saying "600 yard Range in Use".

Should be finished shooting by 11:00 (if we have only two relays).

I'm alive and well Richard. I've been sending you emails to let you know what's going on and figured you were too damn busy to talk to me. New range got in today! Not going to jail or any fines for buying game bird eggs from out of state off of eBay. Not married or dating. Heading to the Hog Roast the first of the month and need to talk to Jeff Stover, he lives 14 miles from me! After that will head to the shop in Midland to do some work then get to the Harrison match to practice before the SS. Other than that Richard, life is going pretty good. I'll call you this weekend.

Jeff

Jeff...

Glad to hear from you. I didn't get any emails for a month or two but our provider has had email problems lately. There are probably other people mad at me for not answering mails I didn't get.

Glad you are coming to our first match. It's the group match that we always have as a SS warm-up.

See you soon.

Dick

Jeff

Got any more of those rusty old highwalls or Stevens that you cant bear to look at anymore?

Yes Tim, I got one or two really beat up one's I'm going to sell when I get back to MI, how about Jim Grants favorite 225 DST, CC Johnson?? Francis, I'm alive an well working on the farm, yea actual work!! Dad already knows I'm heading to MI for your class, chamber a barrel or two, Holton and Harrison. I'll get a note from him if you'd like. Haven't even had time to use the new range because of clearing land and planting trees, I thought retirement was suppose to be easy? Bill and Scott, thanks for the good time at the Shamrock, sorry I missed you before you left Sunday evening, I'll bring the T&R half sleeved Wasp for you to see the next time we get together!! Thanks everyone.
