Harrison Group Match Saturday

We will have our first match of the 2008 season this Saturday, May 10th This is a one day, one agg, one hundred yard group shoot.

Range is open for registration at 8 AM. We will start shooting promptly at
10 AM. Arrive early, register, set your equipment up and enjoy the coffee, donuts, etc.

This is a Super Shoot warm-up and we expect a good crowd including the Super Shoot winner of last year and, very likely, last year's Benchrest Shooter of the Year. In case no one noticed, they are both from Michigan.:)

We have five group shoots, five score shoots and two rimfire shoots scheduled for the 2008 season. Complete match schedules will be available at the range.

Spring Has Sprung

I was on the Harrison range yesterday and it is about up and ready. The new backers will be in place friday morning and the leaves will be blown back in the woods where they belong. The club has scheduled a "Work Day" on friday to help spruce the joint up so we will be ready to go.
Look forward to seeing all the old familiar faces and hopefully some new ones...

I have the targets and all the paperwork ready. I need to get Big Al and his computer so I don't have to calculate the aggs by hand.

My goal is a well-run match that's fun and to beat Steve and Kroop. I haven't shot since Sept. Do you think I have a chance?:eek:

Good to hear. I was about to call you and make sure you were go. I hate to do all the math at a group match.

I was just refering to the celotex to pin the targets to. We have a crew showing up Friday morning at 10;00 to do the grunt work and the club scheduled a work day on friday for the membership to come out and lend a hand with the trimming and cleaning.
The weather man is cooperating with a forecast of sunny and 65 so I will leave my heater for the trailer home.
