I talked to him last week when I ordered a die but I believe he sent the wrong die and now I can't reach them.I talked to one of them, Lynwood I believe, on Tuesday when I ordered two dies - I did get a busy signal the first couple times I tried.

Can't be the problem............I don't think. I kept getting a busy signal until quitting time and then the phone rang................and rang............and rang...........Lynnwood must have caller i.d.------------------just kidding Mickey......Don
I finally got them this morning. Thanks.Instead of another non-helpful response to this, I'll post something helpful:
It used to be in these situations, you could contact the operator and they would check to see if there was conversation on the line or not.
Perhaps they use the same phone line for internet access. If so, send them an email?
