Hammer Forge SS Barrels?

Is it safe to assume that "ALL" SS barrels have some type of cut rifling or is there a possibility that Remington and others use a hammer forged SS barrel?

there are factory hammer forged SS barrels out there.

Remington has been hammer forging forever... and many others.

It is the fastest and cheapest way for a large company to produce product.
