I've seen some really good deals on Hall actions. But have had some feedback on their service on returns that has left me wondering. Any comments?

Alan Hall makes very nice actions, I have never heard of any problems with them except by people who did not lubricate their lugs well or often enough.

I own
4 of them and have 2 others that CLOSE friends bought on my word. They are great actions and are damn near bomb proof. Being SS actions, you MUST be sure to lubricate lugs, etc., but all actions should have that consideration. If you are looking for a group rifle, by a r/l or l/r depending on whether you are a RH or LH shooter. If you are a score shooter, you could use a r/r or a l/l, unless you want to speed shoot.

Thanks Dave good feed back. I'm thinking 30 something and both score and group shooting.
