Gunsmiths for Anschutz

Who are the premier gunsmiths for Anschutz 1813 actions? Specific work to include rebarreling and pillar bedding.

any of the Great smiths can do the work. some are best at certain action Gene Smith/ 40X be he still works on others. look at the ARA National equipment list and pick one. you wont likely go wrong.

I guess that I should also add the following...

The barrel was originally installed by Karl Kenyon and he treaded the action. Don't know if that scares off some gunsmiths or not.....
 
well,

Karl is one of the true masters of the trade, so my guess is that it's done very well.

With that being said, you could send it to many rimfire gunsmiths and get excellent results.

Randy Leger just did some barrel work for me, and his chambering jobs are excellent. He worked on my 2013.

What would scare them, Karl Kenyon or the threaded action? If it's the latter, I think most are done that way anyway. Just out of curiosity, that gun didn't happen to come with a letter from Dieter Anschutz and some guy shooting back in college did it? I've only seen on Kenyon smithed Anschutz and just wondering where it finally got to.
