Gunsmith needed to alter Win 52 bolt--who?

I am in need of a metal smith/gunsmith who is skilled in the art of metalwork. I am looking for someone to alter/scallope my Winchester 52 (REpro) bolt handle to allow lower scope mounting.
Any suggestions on a particular gunsmith are appreciated as well as suggestions on how/what needs to be done to the bolt handle. Thanks for reading.
