A product I own for programming microcontrollers has given a lot of people fits with its implementation. Me being one of them. All joking aside, this really is a good product and it's from a first class company that truly cares about their customers. Almost unheard of in any industry today.

A guy who was a bit perturbed with it did a Video Blog on it and sorta tore into the folks a bit. Its massively funny, especially if you use the devices. But even so, anyone can watch and listen and see what he's talking about and see how unintuitive the device is.

Several of the issues with this product have been fixed, and directly due to this video blog. This made it WAY up the food chain at Mcp. And something then rolled downhill...

First, watch the entire blog start to finish, then watch the video done by the company in response to this. It'll absolutely blow your mind. These people have a great sense of humor, and took constructive criticism as as I have never seen before.

Well, it might restore your faith that not all CEOs are worthless.

About all I know about electronics is how to make electronic equipment smoke and make totally nasty odors, but Microchips response video was hilarious! Obviously someone reads Dilbert AND understands. Too bad the firing of the equivalents of Mr Head aren't fired more frequently too.
