Good shooting guys! Don't you wish the winds would cooperate more often as it makes for a very interesting evening of shooting.

Great shooting everyone! I wish I could do as well inside as you guys do outside!

Thanks Dave, It is what it is at that moment isn't it, and you just go with the flow nothing else and hope for the best. We had the complete opposite this past weekend.

Paul Thanks, I predict the scores will be much better next year for a lot of folks.

Take Care,

I agree the scores are going to go up.
There is a lot of folks just getting started that have been shooting other benchrest sports for years and they have begun to see the light. These guys are in the shawdows trying to figure out how to make air rifles shoot and they are some pretty sharp machinist, designers, and engineers and firearm gunsmiths. I believe the best is yet to come. Now I'm not saying that the guys out there making rifles and shooting are not doing a great job but just like all the sports, good competition brings out the best of the American Spirit and that ole adage " My cars faster than your car." bears out through time.

Look for a great custom barrel being made in America this coming year. Look for great benchrest stocks . Look for better 20 cal pellets. Look in the mirror, you will see a more practiced shooter for 2009.

To follow through a little more on one the thing you mentioned above Ron: what have you heard about a new barrel coming out?

Dave
