Elevation Adjustment
I am not familiar with the Cowan other than having seen pictures of them . As I said I have a Greenlaw "E" rest & have shot using the Randolph rests.
The Randolph rest elevation adjustment is the main difference to me. It is much faster which may want to be considered.
