Going to travel America

My friends, there are many of you who do not know me but last year I shot my first full season of ARA. I have truly enjoyed this sport and have been lurking around this forum everyday for the last two years (literally). I have never posted anything because I really had nothing to contribute that hadn’t already been said. I have said all that to tell you that my wife and I have decided we are going to travel America while we still have our health. I will be selling my rifle (if anyone is interested) and it is posted in the classifieds. I am not going to shoot this year so that we can prepare our adventure. Thank you for letting me use the forum as a billboard and I will see you around.

Have you considered traveling America to shoot? Matches all over the country and lots of good people to meet.

I believe you are very wise to travel while you still have your health. So many people work their adult life to achieve the goal of retirement. Then when they retire they can not do want they have always dreamed of doing. My wifes grandfather did this. The day he received his first retirement check from his pension plan, he passed away. Another good friend of mine retired and died 6 weeks later. I am going to a funeral today for a lady that was 36-years-old. She died in her sleep Sunday night. So buddy, go while you can, and see this great country that our Lord has blessed us with.
