Glued in action

For those who have done this what type of glue is used to glue in a action. I know that this is much more popular in centerfire
than in rimfire but I am interested in doing it on a rimfire. Maybe someone from centerfire will see this and add their thoughts.

Devcon is fine, as is marine tex.
I have had best luck with Loctite Fixmaster with metal but it is expensive.

Glue

Used JB weld myself. Was told to use that by veteran BR gunsmith. Haven’t had anything come apart without lots of heat. Bat actions in carbon fiber stocks in 6PPC.
