How long since you emailed? Took me over 3 weeks to get an answer on my email. Probably best to phone if you want a quick answer. Plus their email answers tend to be a bit briefer than I would like, so the phone would let you ask follow-up questions in real time.

Don't waste your time emailing them or talking to anyone but Dave himself. Their response time on emails is terrible. And the communication from the front office to Dave is hopeless.
