Hello All- Just came home from the hospital for heart related problem. was feeling tried Monday but continued to do work around the house. after lifting several logs -like an idiot I went into aterial fib and was taken to hospital for a couple of days. I am back in normal sinus rythem and takeing it easy for the next few day's. Looking foward to next match at my gun club. garrisone.
 
Garrisone sorry to hear that news. Take it easy and do what those doctors tell you. Steve.
P.S. I am told that benchrest shooting is the good kind of stress:D:D:D

Take care of yourself, but I agree with Steve. Shooting should be a stress reliever:D

Glad to hear you are ok..

Had the same thing happen to me back in April (a fib, overnight stay in hospital). Had to cut out allmost all of my caffine use (I miss Mt. Dew) but I do feel better without it.

Take care of yourself and like stated before, go shooting. :)
