Kent, We can do them in anything you want as far as twist goes for the most part. Remember tooling still plays a part.
Standard is 5 groove barrels. Bores are standard .217. We can cut the grooves to the standard .222 or make them smaller or larger. If larger there would be an extra cost of about $25. Gain twist type barrels are $75 more also.
I don't see a tight bore (.215 etc...) shooting any better than a standard bore. The more uniform the bore size over the whole length of the barrel, the straighter the blank the more forgiving the blank is going to be.
Last month in Australia for a state championships a two people shot our barrels and took 1st and 3rd place and set a new Australian record either for group or score. I don't remember which. I believe they we're a husband and wife. They're barrels we're standard .217 x .222 and straight 16 twist and the customer paid for special tooling as he wanted his barrels to be 6 groove with a 50/50 land to groove ratio.
