G4003G & Coolant

First post to this group. Joined because someone on one of the machinist sites said there were some Grizzly Gunsmith lathe owners here.
My question is does anyone with a Grizzly lathe have a Grizzly DRO and run it with flood coolant? If so how does the DRO stand up to coolant? Guess there is no rush to answer this question since I will not have the new lathe for a month (or 2 or 3 or?)

I have the 4003G with DRO but have not set up coolant. I am leaning toward a mister type system. Mine will see very little operating time compared to a job shop or even a fulltime gunshop. I would think at least a splash guard of some sort would be necessary, even that will be a tight fit on my crossfeed.
