Frustrated with classfieds

I know in advance that there probably isn't any help for this, but I'm more than a little frustrated.

I am interested in an item in the classifieds. The seller has no email listed and no phone #. I have used the option to contact seller and sent my email and phone # and have had no replies in two days. I have no idea if this option even works. I've tried to contact Wilbur by PM and his mailbox is full and will not accept any messages.

Anyone have any ideas???

Its not a big issue I think. You just have to need to get some information about that product trough the internet or newspaper If you can not do this So just concern with your friends and other known person. Might be possible they are already interested or attach with that but I personally think the internet is most trusted way where you can find out your any problem's solution.

I think you are a bit unclear on the concept.

I can tell you the "Contact Seller" tab on the classifieds page does work.
But all it does is send a PM that you only see if you log into your classified account. I was assisting a friend in the selling of two 36 Leupolds , I listed his Phone Number and he does not do email. Only when I went to cancel the ad because scopes were sold did I find I had two messages about the scopes. I received no email saying I had a message like you normally get here when a PM is sent.

The guy either does not really want to sell what he listed or he made a bad mistake nost listing email or phone info.

I was pretty sure it worked and suspected it was as you say. The seller is not a user of this forum and I suspect he only signed up to sell the items. Based on the ads he has listed, I'm reasonably sure he wants to sell them. He has a number of ads running and none have contact info. I was hoping to get some help from Wilbur or Elmer, but Wilbur's PM box is full. I've to contact Admin and the contact us option. No response.
Oh well.

Golly, I've got 6 messages in my PM box and it's full. I need to talk to somebody about that !

That would be great Wilbur. I sent you a PM with the AD #. If you have the ability to contact the seller, you might let him know that there are people trying to reach him.
