Will Sinclair or Hart sell a cast base? Basically everything but the post and top. I will hopfully be passing my Bald Eagle top off to my boy at the end of this month. Should I just keep scanning the classifieds for a decent used basic rest to canibalize?

Ron Hoehn shows a much cheaper price $135 vs $211 at Hart but I have to wonder if the Hoehn price is way out of date since same page shows his windage top for $119 but I hear he does not even make that any more. If Ron Does sell the base for $135 it is a heckuva bargain in my mind.
