Forget Gasoline! The Air Car is coming

Now if they can make it go faster and not let the oil industry buy them out.

There is no reason that American ingenuity, when properly staffed and financed, cannot solve our dependence on foreign oil. We need leadership with vision, to set a national agenda that everyone can support.

1. What kind of noise does it make?

2. Can it spin the tires?

3. Can it climb a hill?

4. Does it have an air conditioner?

5. Can you run a nail gun with it?

6. Can you recharge your pellet gun with this car?

It's not a question of technology, it's a question of cost effectiveness. Even at $4.00 + a gallon nothing else comes close to petroleum in a dollars per mile equation.

If my work situation was the same as it was 10 or 15 years ago I would probably be commuting in a totally electric vehicle right now. I don't commute at all so there is no point in exploring alternatives.
