FN Mauser Supreme Single Shot

I have the opportunity to pick up a 22-250 built on a FN single shot action. It has a Canjar set trigger, Douglas barrel and Fajen Varminter stock. Shoots ~.75 inch with factory ammo. What would a fair price be?

If it had been on a table at "National Gun Day" show, it would have been worth about a bizillion dollars.

There are too many varibles on a used gun to put a price on it without actually having it in hand to examine.
Such as:
How hung up are you on having it for the way it looks not how it shoots.
Who put the barrel in and how many shots down it?
Is it bedded correctly?
How are you going to use it, competition of casually varmint hunting?

The list goes on, but I personally like the looks of the FN and would try to buy it for that reason. I have no idea what kind of price to put on it without inspecting it.
