I like the JGS holder as well. I've used both with equivalent results.

I made my own floating pusher and the same for a friend that fits the tail stock taper that has worked out very well for the both of us. Works the same as Mike's and where I got the idea came from. The reamer holder being a bit different but it works well based on the way I hold it minus any side pressure.
