Flash Ebert

Talked to Flash yesterday ,He is recovering from major surgery, where they removed a mass at his stomach and small intestine which the mass was malignant. Flash has lost 50lbs and the Doctors want him to gain 15 lbs before they start Chemo in 2 to 3 weeks. I know all those in the TURBO nation are sending their prayers for Flash to pull thru this major bump in the road!!

Mr. Flash,
You will be in my prayers, and I wish you a complete and speedy recovery. You've done a great service for the rimfire benchrest shooters by producing such a fine action and making them available for use.

Get well Flash. I have another friend who has inoperable stomach cancer, so (in some ways) consider yourself one of the lucky ones. You are in my thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.

Mr Flash,
I hope you have a quick recovery. You'll be in my prayers also.

Mike

Flash,
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during treatment and recovery.

Update on Flash Ebert

Each weekday morning at 08:00 CST Benchrest Anonymous of West Texas meets at "Dumplin's Y Amigos Restaurant on 42nd street in Odessa.

The decor and atmosphere are typical West Texas, pickup trucks, boots, jeans, cowboy hats, baseball caps, oilfield trash, good coffee, biscuits, gravy, ham, bacon, eggs, and other health foods. It's a good way to start the day. :)

This morning we called our friend Flash Ebert who is home, recovering from surgery. Flash is weak but in good spirits. He's a tough old bird and I'm sure will make a full recovery. Please remember him in your prayers. Will keep you updated. :)

Thanks for the update Gene.

Penny and I wish Flash a speedy recovery.

Get well soon Flash. Al

Flash Ebert is regaining his strength and sounded good when I talked to him a few minutes ago. He still needs to gain a little more weight before beginning his chemo treatment. It was nice to hear he is getting back in his shop for a while each day; that's probably the best treatment of all for him. :)

Keep Flash in your prayers and give him a call. He loves to hear from friends. :)

Freat news

Thanks Gene. I know how hard it is on the human body to go thru that Chemo. Of course, it still better than the alternitive. Keep the faith Flash, we're all praying for you.
