does anyone have any information on double firing pin bolts heard that the russians had designed one for use in compitions

I don't know anything about the Russians but in the US, Time Precision has made one for years.

Time Precision twin firing pin bolts
I had four Time actions that came with twin firing pins. They all performed well.
I was told that the action would perform better if I filed down the 12 o'clock pin so that only the 6 o'clock pin struck the rim head. I tried this on two of the actions. Never could tell a difference.
Although it sounds like a great idea, striking the case head on two sides at once. In reality if it helped at all I could not detect it.
