I just got a 6mm ackley imp and I was wondering how do you fireform 6mm rem into 6mm ackley?? any advice?

You may try Hornady.

Mr. Lonnie Hummel at Hornady has developed a hydraulic die that can be used to form brass without firing it. He is making one in 6 Dasher for me. It works by using water (or some other liquid) and a tight fitting punch ...which is struck with a hammer. Good shooting...James Mock

I always thought that a properly chambered Ackley was snug with new brass. Just fire them with a somewhat "stiff" load is what most shooters do.
Don't use fired brass that has been resized, it may have a serious headspace problem in an Ackley chamber. Short brass, long chamber equals excessive headspace which can be dangerous.
