Wish I could see ya there Cale. Haven't seen ya in a long time. I will be hunting this weekend. Looks like you guys will have some better temps this weekend too.
If anyone is wanting to get into this sport that lives in the DFW area, this is a GREAT place and venue to go to. Relaxed, lots of people there to help answer any and all questions you have.

Well unfortunatly, the turnout was way down... 8 competitors...
Still, We competed as hard as we all could regardless of the numbers.
A VERY notable outcome was witnessed ... A perfect Score match by Mr. Stan Mitchell, a 250 25X's..!
New Denton NTSA range record @ 100yds for Score.
Just OUTSTANDING...! In conditions that were not at all easy and the mirage was tough to see through...! Jeesh..! I dropped a point on Match 1 target 1 with the sneaky quick switch head wind... Got back on track after that but a dropped point in todays Score competition is DOA....Uggh...!

Last Denton Match
Well I sure would have liked to have been there. Have not shot
Denton this year due to the heat. But on the other hand during this time I was on a 7 day tour thru New England. Got as far north as Lincoln, NH. Vermont is one of the most clean and beautiful states I have been in. Would love to live there but the winters would kill me. Can't wait for the next Denton Match.

How about a club match FVS and group in November. Weather is usually still good then, maybe a bit chilly in the morning. Sure would like to see my Texican friends and shoot down there.
