Feeding Problems

I have a push feed Winchester M70 chambered for 7mm Remington Mag and the last round pops up and kicks out of the action when trying to chamber the round. This only occurs with the last round. It has the carbon fiber follower instead of a metal one if this makes a difference. What can be done to fix the problem?

If it is the last round out, then it is the follower. You need a different one.

It's the original factory follower that came in the rifle. I know they make different styles and the one that's in mine looks just like the ones on MGW Winchester parts. Should I get the one for the 7mm STW and Wby 300?
