3rd week of Janurary I called, they answered, I had lost the derilin rod that squeezes the bag on my compact farley. The sand bag was also sewn so crooked I have to set the rest up crooked to compensate.
They were very pleasant on the phone offering to send me a new derilin post plus a spare derilin post and a new sand bag. They would send them no charge only asking me to reinburse the shipping, and that they would go out the next day. I has offered to pay for the parts as well.
Well? Still waiting!
Meanwhile I made a new bag squeezer out of aluminum, just so I could shoot.
I'm no longer expecting them. I will never own a big Farley either.
