Jon, just out of curiosity, I wonder why 6:00 FP costs more than 12:00? I can only assume maching time is greater, but since I'm no machinist, if you could elaborate for us uninitiated? Thanks, Douglas
 
YOU ARE CORECT SIR, THERE ARE THREE MORE MACHINING STEPS IN MAKING A 6'oCLOCK BOLT BODY, AND TWO MORE STEPS IN MAKING THE FEED RAMP. THEY ARE ALSO A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT TO FIT UP AND TO GET THEM AS SMOOTH AS THEY ARE. SO THE SIMPLE ANSWER, ITS JUST A TIME THING. THANKS FOR YOUR QUESTION. JOHNATHAN
 
Jonathan, it really looks like a great piece of work. Would there be any chance you could put up any othe pics of the bolt- perhaps the firing pin? Since they will be out there soon I figure there would be no secrets.
