The Newest and Greatest...From the NRA
I'd read these as they are the most recent, last updated in Jan. 09, there was some rules changed in Oct. 09 at the NRA Competition Meeting, the updates can be found on the NRA.org website under Competitions.
Almost all of these apply not just the ones listed in Section 22: F-Class, it is the responsability of the competitor to know the Rules, so it's best to save this in PDF and read it.
