I'm looking for a replacement pair of glasses-----appears I might have lost mine.

The pair I've been using for years was untinted and uncorrected. I had them so long that I don't know the brand name or where I got them.

Any suggestions on what to look for when buying glasses for shooting protection ?

Thanks.

Just got a pair of these

You might want to take a look at these:

They were recommended by a famous shotgun shooter. I am well pleased with the precription shooting glasses that I have.............GW

I use the Decot Hy-Lo HyWyd frames. You can adjust the height of the glasses on your face in a few seconds. They offer good coverage for protection and I have been pleased with the prescription lenses they have made for me. You can take a look at a picture of them on the shotgun shooter to the left of their show schedule. They attend many major shotgun events where you might be able to look through examples of the many tints available.

There are some impact resistant lenses that they offer also.

I have been pleased with their customer service.

Decot gets my vote as well especially if you need prescription shooting glasses. Lt. Orange is the color that Decot says most benchrest shooters have been using.

Ditto....DECOT. Great Glasses. Many Options.

Mike, are you gonna try to make it to the Shilen Swap Meet?

No, I won't be at Shilen's swap meet. Our carpenter is gone this week and I'm finishing up some rifles in the shop. Hopefully, I'll have them all finished by the time he gets back from Branson. We hope to be in the house by Christmas and have certainly missed the matches this year.

Thanks for the help

I was able to find some locally that meet the ANSI Z87+ standard.

These should provide protection while I figure out if I need anything else.
