Entry Rifle into BR - local fun matches

Have been watching auction sites and looking at pricing on used Anschutz 2013 BR guns (square action).

There are two versions one with a 500A (500 MM) and one with a 690A (690 MM barrel).

My attraction to these is I'm familiar with Anschutz from Silhouette SB shooting, own several and am comfortable with the brand and working on them.

Lija offers a drop in barrel for these, that is available with a coned breech and in a 21 or 27" length.

Would appreciate any advise on the merits of the stock rifle, and then which Lija barrel is favored for benchrest.

If not buying a used gun, leaning towards a barreled action and the purchase of an aftermarket BR stock instead of the Anschutz.

Any advice and of course opinions would be appreciated.

Have a local club in Aurora, CO that has BR "fun matches" and would be shooting there.

Thanks!

The 2013 is one of the easiest loading out there ,some people bad mouth annies.
I have won my share of matches with them.
after all when I started shooting 50/50 right after it started annies ruled
Its all in the barrel, ammo, rest, conditions, and the shooter.
all this bs .about this action ,that action this bbl. that bbl etc.
dont mean crap to me.
60 years of shooting, putting together 22rf. rifles the bs. I read is just that bs.
good gun, good rest good wind reader good ammo good shooter ------------winner ...................................

my 2 cents for what it is worth...........
annies are as good as they come.
